▼略歴
2003年カリフォルニア大学ロサンゼルス校（UCLA）卒業、2006年東京大学大学院学際情報学府修士課程修了、現在同大学院博士課程在籍。メディアアートセンターNTT InterCommunication Center研究員としてオープンな映像アーカイブの構築や美術展示企画に携わりながら、2004年より日本におけるクリエイティブ・コモンズの立ち上げに参加し、2007年よりNPO法人クリエイティブ・コモンズ・ジャパン設立理事。クリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスを採用した多数のプロジェクトの立案・企画・支援に従事してきた。2008年に株式会社ディヴィデュアルを設立し、ウェブ・コミュニティ「リグレト」等の運営に携わる他、タイピング記録ソフトウェア『タイプトレース』のウェブへの発展形の提案で、情報処理推進機構の2008年度未踏IT人材発掘・育成事業でスーパークリエータ認定。

Creative Commons Japan Founding Board Member

Biography:
Born 1981, Tokyo, Japan. 1/2 Japanese, 1/4 Taiwanese, 1/4 Vietnamese, French/EU citizen.
Graduated from the University of California in Los Angeles, School of Arts and Architecture, Design/MediaArts department (2003).  MAS in Interdisciplinary Information Studies from the University of Tokyo (2006), currently Ph.D. candidate.
Researcher at the NTT InterCommunication Center [ICC] (Tokyo) from 2003 to 2006, directing ICC’s open video archive “HIVE” (http://hive.ntticc.or.jp/) . 
From 2007, Founding Board Member and Public Lead of the NPO Creative Commons Japan, leading local coordination of license porting, consulting license adoptions, directing and producing application-driven open content projects such as “AudioVisual Mixer for INTO INFINITY” for iOS (2009~).
Elected member of International Advisory Board for Ars Electronica 2007,2008, in the Digital Communities category.
Since 2006 Produced and developed the “TypeTrace” art project (http://typetrace.jp), a key-logger software for creative purposes, and exhibited at the “”Haptic Literature”" exhibition (Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, 2007.12~2008.2) and at the 12th Japan Media Arts Festival, Jury Recommended Works, Art Division (2008.2).  Awarded the Super Creator prize from the Information Technology Promotion Agency, Japan for the proposition of a web-extended version of TypeTrace, “ThoughtTrace”, in 2009.
Co-founded Dividual Inc., a web service venture since 2008, directing development of mobile web community Rigureto (www.rigureto.jp).
